
I never ate kale until I went Paleo last year and now I’m addicted to making kale chips. They are so crunchy and flavorful. We love having them as a veggie side dish for meals. They taste great with chicken and steak. Plus they are so easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Kale (I buy just the leafs without the stems)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste. I also love to add Garlic Salt, but I’m a huge garlic lover!
Directions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven. I try a piece at 10 minutes and if I want it crunchier, I leave it in the oven longer. It depends on your personal preference. They are pretty much finished when they are slightly brown around the corners. Once they are out of the oven, enjoy! I love them warm.
